Quick Question - Watchlist program now 'Not Available' ?

On my Watchlist, I had an ITV1 program, 'The Long Call'.

This is still available to watch via the ITV Hub but on my Watchlist, the entry now shows as 'Not Available' (the space where the picture of the program would normally show, is blank and now has the words 'Not Available' instead) ?

I'm not too fussed as I've decided I don't want to watch this anymore but wondering why the above is so ?

I suspect a bug.

I have Doctor Sleep in my Watchlist from Prime Video. It shows as Not Available in the Watchlist but removing it and re-adding to the Watchlist puts it back as available.
