Based on the torrent of negativity surrounding this ( apparently poor ) upgrade, I have no interest in it whatsoever. I can’t seem to raise my concerns via the online portal at all and I have no interest in “ hanging on the telephone “.

Can some facilitator in this forum take my details from my login/account and negate me from the process please ?

Some people do like TV360, it's just not for everyone at the moment.

I suspect you may just have to remove your marketing permissions, there certainly won't be any option for "don't tell me about TV360"

Otherwise just ignore the marketing bumph.
