When using BBC iPlayer, despite a message saying I only need to sign once, I have to sign in every time I open App. Any ideas !

I don't have that issue unless the app has recently been updated.
iPlayer was updated to Application version 23.37.5.0 earlier this week and after that I had to sign in again.

I have had this problem since I got the software upgrade. Engineer calling today to sort out this and several other problems. Should have kept the V6 box with no problems

all problems sorted after engineer visit. It was a hard disc fault despite customer service stating the hard disc was not faulty
