360’box keeps deleting recordings

We recently upgraded to 360 and are having problems with recording.

The box is automatically deleting all of the recordings. It often does it after we tried to watch something and had a error code

What error codes do you get it might help with the advice you receive.

Up to speed
Probably your best bet is a factory reset via settings. Should you need to do this again in the future remember to select the box "keep your recordings"

Can you confirm the error codes you're getting and whether you've tried a reset of the box?
