I didn't ask for it but when I got a new deal which reduced my subs significantly until December 2026 I had to send my 360 box back and the stream box replaced it. Was really annoyed when I realised I couldn't record but adding shows to the watchlist has pretty much resolved it as most channels allow catch up. Only channel that doesn't that I have come across is Talking Pictures. The annoyance is having to put up with ads when watching from the watchlist. This happened last night when I caught up with Hacks. But I am saving a lot of money and generally I do not now miss the 360 box. Re: Game of Thrones I was moved to a stream box from the 360 following a big reduction in my subscription. I watched GOT via the Sky Showcase and managed to view all 73 episodes without issue. Re: Does anyone like their TV 360? I have always liked it. The interface is so more modern than the old V6/Tivo which was very 1990s. I have never used the voice controls but accept they are part of its modernisation. Undelete would be nice but I think I used it once under the old system so that's no biggie. Re: 360 Box ARC problem Fair enough Andy. HDMI is the best connection and if the soundbar is capable of DTS HD, Atmos etc I wouldn't want to settle for optical either. My suggestion was more aimed at people with basic soundbars like mine where optical is good enough. Anyway, hope you get it sorted. Re: 360 Box ARC problem Reading quickly through this thread the posters who are having problems appear to have their soundbars connected via HDMI. There should be no issue with this but obviously there is. Just wondering if they have tried removing the HDMI connection between their soundbar and TV or 360 box and used an optical connection between their soundbar and TV.
