Can't book a Technician to arrange moving my phone connection. VM sending me round the houses online

• I keep ringing and can't get to book a Technician for the phone switchover. My phone is 10 feet away from the hub and in a different room. I've tried online help and it just sends me into a continuous loop . Very annoying when they ask you to ring and don't provide the service they claim. Wasted 3 hours already.
