Sìm replacement

I require a nano sim for a new phone. The number belongs to me but is being used by my mother. Would there be any problem in her ringing to request the new sim as I am currently outside of the UK.

All Virgin SIM cards are triple sized, you simply push out the one required. Likelihood is the one she has is of that type.

You say the number is yours. Is the account yours also? If so you would have to request the SIM

If you want to use the SIM abroad without returning to the UK then your mother would have to activate it here before sending it to you.

Hi Nic_1907

If the account is in your name and you are able to pass security

Then I can send out a new sim for you to the address the account is registered to
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
