Phone won’t call my husband or son! Will call everyone else.

My phone will not phone my husband or son! It says their numbers aren’t recognised. 

they can phone me

other people can phone them 

I can text them no problem 

They are the main two people I phone! So it’s so frustrating! 

I phoned virgin who say it will be resolved within 24 hours but I can’t see how when nobody knows why it’s happened and others on here have had their phones stop phoning their main contact and no joy. Nobody knows why. 

I can phone everyone except them so it’s not an issue with their providers.

Have you tried deleting their contact numbers and then rebooting the mobile and adding them again?

Tried that. 

tried aeroplane mode on/off

tried restarting phone

tried dialling their number rather than going through contacts 

I’ve found lots of people on here whose phones also stop them phoning their main contact. 

It just says they’re incorrect numbers.

I am sorry for the inconvenience with your phone being unable to make calls.

We are aware of this issue and have our IT team working on this, we are hoping for a speedy fix.

Please do try calling through WhatsApp or any other forms of internet calling while we try and get this amended.
