Paying of Loan balance

I want to pay off the balance on my iPhone credit agreement. The number 789 no longer works and logging into the  credit agreement site doesn't give any options. The one link I have come across requires a sort code and details of a loan account which I don't have, I just pay by direct Debit. How on earth can I pay the balance I can't find anywhere to pay it.

I have just tried the website again and it now says 'no healthy upstream' when trying to find an option to pay. 

Is there any way of sending me another link to pay at all? 

I've tried calling Virgin but was on hold for over 30 mins so gave up.

Sadly we wouldn't have an alternative link or phone number to call for this matter @cazris 

We will be sure to have this fed back and resolved as soon as we possibly can.
