Data Add On

I’ve just bought a 3GB for £20 data on and it’s given me 6GB. Does anyone know why this has happened? Will I get charged another £20?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with purchasing the data, did you receive any confirmation from us, was there any was the page loaded slowly and you clicked twice?

It turns out it did charge me £40 for 6GB but I’ve spoken to someone and they removed the data and took the £20 off the bill. So it’s all sorted

I received a message a couple days ago saying the data was supposed to be removed today but it’s not been removed? And it says there’s £20 in my credit balance so when the bill comes out will they use the £20 in there to put towards my bill?

If your account is in credit, your next bill will be covered with that.
