Blacklisting phone while migrating to 02

I have reported my phone being stolen abroad and provided all details. I had confirmation that phone/SIM was blocked.

Insurer says IMEI is still not blacklisted, VM told me on the phone they were having trouble blacklisting, due to the O2 migration. Nothing can't be done till 30th of August! Over a month sine I have reported it.


I need someone from VM to either do the blacklist or put it in writing that they can' do it, so the insurers will process my claim. I have spent 3h on the phone but been told that this service is only reserved for virgin mobile phones, my was purchased sim free. Can someone help?
