TVGO was working but now shows “not available” Using the app (not in a browser). Other iPad used by another family member continues to work perfectly.
I have done following:
- reloaded app
- rebooted router and rebooted TIVO BOX
- checked no VPN
- checked only 1 other device accessing service under this sign on
- cleared cache on ipad
- completely restored iPad to a backup from a time when it previously worked on TVgo
ata loss to see what I can do now to fix this.
please help

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the TVGO app, thank you for confirming all the checks you've been through already.
Can you confirm if the iPad you're using is on iOS 11 or later?
