Started watching The Blacklist, I've got to series 3 ep 21, all of a sudden the series says 'Sorry - we can't play this at the moment' WHY

I've tested across a couple of devices and am getting the same error. It's available via VoD on my V6 to watch, FWIW.
Do you have a TiVo/V6 box, or a 360?
