I am a virgin customer and have the full sport package, including BT sport. I can watch BT sport on a web browser by logging onto my virgin account. However when i try to watch BT sport via the virgin mobile app (iPhone), it won't work. I get a message saying "Sorry - this isn't available" and then "Sorry - we can't play this at the moment". Does anyone know how to make it work? It's not due to the number of devices registered (i am allowed 5 but only have 1 registered)

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the delayed reply and the TV Go issue.
Has this been sorted since posting?
If not, is this still affecting just the one channel or are several affected? Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app to see if this works?
