I've spoken with 2 customer service agents on the phone and no one seems to be able to help despite many people in this forum with the same issue. Are any of the expert mods in this forum able to help? I have a sky sports sub sitting as pending adding soon and am unable to watch it. I have previously added and removed bt sports and sky with no problems until now. Help please!
