Latency is getting worse everyday...

Day by day my latency gets worse and worse.

Wired connection in modem mode, connected to tp link archer c4000 (all cat 6 cables).

Only 4 devices connected. 2 wired + 2 wifi.

350mb, HUB3 in Reading area.

Could you share the information from the field team??

The field team has not yet provided any information in regards to this, however they have sent out an engineer to take a look into this for you. They are aware that this is an ongoing issue and they want to do their best to help.

The appointment didn't go well.

This was due to the fact that no one arrived.

Is this some kind of troll? 

Are you guys just seeing how far you can push me before I leave?

 

 

 

ALL I WANT IS A CONNECTION WHERE THE LATENCY DOESNT REGULLARY JUMP TO 200MS

 

I'm working all day tomorrow so dont reschedule another one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And yes, it's in router mode.

Hi Ris19, 

I am so sorry that our engineer did not show up this is unacceptable, I can book an engineer for you as there was no work order for the one the field team sent out. 

 

I will also look at getting a complaint raised for your experience, and we can get this resolved for you asap as our customers should get the best service possible.

 

Popping over a private message getting some details and booking the engineer at a date and time best suited for you, just keep an eye out for the little purple envelope.
