Can't reset my password

Every time I try to reset my password it will not let me even though it is 9 characters and It has a number at the end of the post, no matter what device I use and whichever password I use this will still not work

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the password reset, can you confirm what this is for? Is this for the online account? 

Is the password reset being done by the settings section within the online account?
