I don't know my memorable word

I have taken over my brother's account as he passed away at the end of 2022. I'm trying to downgrade the package as it's far too expensive and I don't need / use some of it. I can't do this online or by phone as I don't know the 'memorable word' he used. Seriously thinking about cancelling the whole package as I'm not happy with how poorly I'm being treated since my brother's death.

If you know the primary username and password for the account you can reset the Telephone Security Details from within the My Virgin Media account.  My Virgin Media | Virgin Media 

Log in and click on Account Settings > Account Details > scroll down to Telephone security details > click on Edit to the right of Memorable Word.
