setting up plug

im installing broadband and just moved flat, i dont have a virgin media plug however, the only thing i can find is this (hopefully image attaches). im trying to unscrew the cable but the spanner that was sent doesn't fit. i think i might need a virgin media plug installed

You should be able to just pull that connection off.

You should be able to just plug the other end of that cable into your hub.
