Utterly Frustrated

I’ve been trying to get connected to virgin media for over a month. There is no cable connection to my home, I’ve been lied to by customer services at least 3 times telling me that the pre-installation will happen tomorrow, that’s when I can get through to them. I had an engineer come out to set me up, he wasn’t surprised that customer service had messed up yet again. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY? 
AM AT THE END OF MY PATIENCE, GET THIS SORTED NOW

Read through the many other topics about this on the forum and you will see you are not alone.

You will be entitled to compensation for the delay from the point when the first VM tech turned up but was not able to install (your activation date)

Keep good records of all VM's failings (dates, times, missed appointments etc.) along with accompnaying evidence (emails, texts, screenshots etc.). This will help you get the correct compensation which may be due.
