Hi

I am looking to set up a no fault technician/engineer appointment to remove a  disused cable from bedroom. We have the cable connections we need downstairs.

Please can someone contact me to arrange?

Many thanks

Rue

Although, VM can be somewhat loath to do this, albeit missing out on £25. The logic is probably that you or a future occupant, ‘might’ want a cable point there, in which case it would cost them a lot more than £25 to reinstate it.

If it is completely unused and not connected to anything, there is nothing stopping you removing it yourself.

Tried 150 and didn't give me the option to speak to a human about it. Just kept circling the menu.

Hey Rue1, thank you for reaching out and I can see my colleague did reply to you.

Has this been fixed or do you still need some help?
