No WiFi after lightening strike Keynsham

Tue 16Aug 4pm, I just had a lightening strike and I lost Wi-Fi (but not tv), was anyone else affected ?

Is it only your WiFi affected, are Ethernet cabled connections from your router similarly affected?

The router light has gone out and when I switch it off for a minute and switch it on I just get 4/5 v fast white flashes and then no lights

Looks like hub is dead

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
