Equipment collection - Collect+ link not working (2 of 2)

I was given a link (https://www.collectplus.co.uk/virgin) by the agent processing my contract cancellation, to find a local Collect+ point. But, even once I've jumped through the hoops to get Cloudflare to let me in, that URL returns a 404 "Page not found". Do Virgin even still use Collect+?

Insist on a yodel receipt, and take a photo of the parcel with its yodel label attached.
