WiFi poor suddenly and orange light on router

Our WiFi or broadband has become shocking over the past month. Have been with VM for a few years now.  I work in the same room as the router but when using for Teams calls it is freezing and saying poor network, yet the WiFi signal on the laptop is full.  Friends and family also comment that our pictures are blurry and voice drops when using FaceTime.  However have noticed that the router light is now constantly orange.  I have followed all the help and reset of equipment but this does not improve things.  Not sure if it’s a WiFi issue or the broadband.  But the checks all say everything is ok!  Apart from the phone service which says there has been a problem for several weeks now but we don’t really use that thankfully.  Not sure the orange light on the box is a good thing but it’s getting embarrassing working from home now as the connection on Teams and Zoom is so poor.

Can I just apologise for the WIFI service and poor experiences your facing online.
We can run a few tests from here and check on your equipment and will more than likely need the hub to be swapped over.
Sadly it's not showing anything wrong, So I will need to send you a private message to gain account access and run further tests.
If you can check the envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
