Engineer property damage

Just trying this method to get some traction on my complaint seeing as emails don’t work to Virgin.
Timeline…

engineer drilled through my central heating pipes attempting to route the cable through from outside - water damaged floor, and large hole in the wall as a result…

on the day temporary fix by facilities management team with compression clips.
a few days later someone came to patch the wall but considering the wall was saturated and only compression clips on the damaged pipe I asked for the pipes to be soldered back before plastering and painting could happen.
Same engineer returned to patch the wall…before the pipe work was soldered.
eventually the pipes were soldered and the wall repair hasn’t happened yet.
4 months later I still have a lifting floor and a large hole in my wall.
various emails to the facilities management team and lots of false promises of call backs and managers signing off for the repairs and I’m still waiting.
Has anyone achieved a successful legal challenge against Virgin or at the very least achieved

a discount/upgrade etc?

"seeing as emails don’t work to Virgin." There is NO email address for VM customer services. A VM staff member will get to your post in a day or two.
