I just noticed that the cover of the external cable box has gone missing after bad weather. Can somebody please assist?

We're sorry to see that your omni box cover has disappeared. This is certainly something we can arrange for an engineer to come and replace. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
