Missing brown cover

We are missing the brown cover on our external virgin box. It has been loose for some time but following recent winds we have noticed today that it is missing leaving exposed wires. How can we get a new one?

    We're sorry to hear the external box has blown away in the wind. This is something we can certainly get sorted for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
