Hello,
I ordered the Broadband services and I was eligible for QuickStart, which means that there was a previous VM user in the property. However, when the Broadband package arrived I soon realised that there is no Virgin wall socket to connect the Virgin Media wifi box.
I will upload pictures of the only outlets we have, neither of which correspond with the cables that came with the wifi set-up package.
I would like to set up an appointment with a Virgin Media engineer to set up a wall socket in order to connect the wifi as soon as possible.
