Hello all,

 

I just moved to a new area due to a job transfer and have had a difficult time trying to get Internet sorted for the property I'm at.

I've been trying to get signed up with Virgin Media, however my address isn't listed. I'm fairly confident I'll be able to get access as my direct neighbour gets access and where I live is an extension on to their property. It's most likely a case where this address is simply not listed in VM's database, but it is listed in the royal mail database.

I'd live to get the ball rolling on this. Any help in getting this issue resolved would be really great.
