I have a solid Red Light, all answers point to hub overheating, I cannot find any possible way to contact Virgin to rectify this, all info points to needing a new hub, how on Earth can you order a new hub if you can’t contact Virgin ?

Please turn off for 5 minutes and then turn on again. If it's still red you will probably need the hub replacing. A VM staff member will get to your post shortly.
