Short term stability issues

Internet has always been fine but last few dats been getting bad lag on video calls and gaming. 

spoke to virgin today and said they could see a short term stability issue but i have to call back in 24 hours to check progress and if there is still an issue they will escalate. I tried explaining ive been having the problem for 48 hours already so why couldn’t it be escalated now but didn’t get a response. 

friend in same area is having the same issues but nothing showing on the status pages or on my router diagnostics. 

anyone got any ideas?

Post an updated BQM and some hub stats
