Router move

Might be the wrong “board” (sorry, first post) but I need my router to be moved across a room ie an extension to the coax that runs from the wall box to the splitter. Probably need about 10-12 m of cable as needs to go round the skirting. Can I do this myself or does it need Virgin technician?

That will need a Tech visit as the power levels may need adjusting to allow for the cable length.   They will charge a very reasonable  £25 to do that - good value considering the cost of cable, the connectors and labour.

Call in on 150 (VM line) free -  or 0345 454 1111 others (national rate) - they should book this for you - you might be able to request it in your online VM account too
