Hub 3.0 over the past 2 weeks keeps dropping

I have done a full reset and the wifi keeps dropping. I have tried manually configuring router to certain channels and this does not work.

Keeps dropping may be an issue with the signal to the Hub 3.

Could also just be wifi interference rather than a network connection one

So, are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi connection issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?

Hey Vicky12428, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear you are having some connection issues.

I've taken a look from our side and I can see everything is correct, how has it been over the weekend?

I am still having issues. This evening I was playing online gaming and it dropped a number of times.  My router is within 3 meters of the playstation. I will paste my downstream/upstream logs.

Thank you for the update.

I have just taken a look and this just looks like it was a blip, the connection will never be prefect 24/7 due to the nature of the connection.

I have taken a look at the levels and they are looking really good currently.

Was there anymore issues over the weekend?
