Internet keeps dropping off.

Hi I need a bit help my Internet conection has been dropping off a lot over the last week as you can see from the internet monitor i have installed to watch my conection. This is happening every day now is it the equipment as my laptop and my mobile are all off line at the same time. Thanks to any one who can help

You need to setup a BQM to see the incoming signal to the Hub. Once done, post a link here to the shared graph.

No i,m not doing anything it just keeps diconecting and reconecting, I have an enginer booked for wednesday to come and sort it out. It must be a problem with the modem it's self.

    Hi just to let you know it is now sorted the engineer replaced the box where the cable contects to the hub and I have not had 1 disconect since so it it now sorted and is now running faster than it was. Thanks for all the help.
