Hi

Please can someone tell me how to order the WiFi pods.

Scan your home using the Virgin Media Connect app and, if it finds signal blackspots, you can order an Intelligent WiFi Pod by calling 0800 064 3850.

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

WiFi Pods can be ordered via the Connect App if any coverage issues are found after a scan of your property. 

I can see our members have provided some useful info.
