Hi
I am hoping someone can help, i have a hub 3 and the internet keeps dropping out. I have checked the service status and all is fine with broadband and phone but tv issues. I have restarted the hub twice,the second time it took about 40mins to load up. Internet will stay on for a small amount of time 20mins to 2 hours then the phone symbol flashes red then internet cuts out again. Any ideas?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.
