Can somebody tell me pleas why there is no internet connection on virgin media

What does the service status page say

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status

and also the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area? This reportedly gives more localised info than the online checker.

Have you rebooted your hub?

Hi Pirot, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the service and want to ensure things are resolved. 

Can you confirm if this is regarding the wired and wireless connections  and if there is still an issue with the connection. 

Please do a pin hole reset and confirm the results.
