HUB 5 problems

Set up my hub 5 last week. All mobiles, laptop and desktop are working as they should but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) connects ok but is very slow to load internet pages and on Facebook it won`t load pictures. I`ve still got my old hub. Can VM re-instate my old one as this is only a trial hub and obviously still has internal bug issues

Sorry to see you have been unable to order our Intelligent WIFI Pods, you can order these 1 at a time Via our Connect App by running a black spot check, once found the app will guide you through ordering a Pod, if you need any further help with this or anything else please reach back out.
