Flashing green ring

Hi I have a Hub 4 and for the last 3 days my hug has been flashing green with only very rarely turning white for a minute then going back to green, I have checked outages in my area for there to be a TV issue but nothing on the broadband section.

Any help with this will be very much appreciated 🙏

I'm so sorry to hear of the problems that you're facing with your broadband connection. I've taken a look over things on our systems and it appears that there's a known fault that we're working on which would explain this. The current estimated fix date/time for that fault is approximately 5:00pm on April 26th.

If the issues continue beyond this time, please let us know.
