Hi there
My service has been barred, even though I have a direct debit. Surely that's the whole point of having it -- that I don't have to manually pay the bill? How do I get it unbarred? I've paid £30 into my account, waited 2 hours, but nothing.

Can we ask what service is barred and how did you make the £30 payment
It may be that you have reached the credit limit on the account, but with out checking we cannot say what it is
I can check the account for you. Unless its all back online now
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
