Hi
I’m unable to make a my virgin media account. Every time I try to sign up, I type in my surname, account number and area code it sends me to the username and password
and no matter what password i use from weak to very strong
it says the password is no good and says i should change it
i have tried this around 15 times now with the same result just goes in a loop
been here almost 2 hours trying to make an account
just getting fed up with it now and thinking about cancelling my account
not a very good first impression
may be some human help would be better
