new account number after home move

Hi,

We've just moved home, and have a new account number which apparently should show me the details of my (delayed) fibre installation date, however when I log in I only see my old account number associated with my previous address, despite both accounts being linked to the same email address. How do I get this resolved (as I can't get through to Virgin on the phone)?

Hi @achorley 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I hope the house move went well. When you move property, this is correct, you do get a new account number, as the previous one is for the old property. Apologies for any delayed install also. 

The process for the Move and Transfer of the online account can only be done when installed but I will send you a PM now to get the details so we have them for when it's installed.
