Unwanted 18 month contract after moving home.

Hi can I ask what I can do about my problem? I had VM at my old address and took it with me when I moved. was checking my account the other day and realised that I have been given a new 18 month contract when I moved. I was never informed of this and when I contacted customer services to complain was told it was standard policy and there was nothing they could do.

Are you sure as my account still says my contact ends Jan 2023 not Jan 2022

It will do @digyen if it's been manually amended.
