Hi can I ask what I can do about my problem? I had VM at my old address and took it with me when I moved. was checking my account the other day and realised that I have been given a new 18 month contract when I moved. I was never informed of this and when I contacted customer services to complain was told it was standard policy and there was nothing they could do.
