Returning equipment

Hi 

I have recently left VM.  I had a text message last month saying a collector was in my area.  On the agreed day I waited in all day and no one came.

Today I have had a text and an email saying I haven't returned the kit.  The only new days offered are unacceptable as I'm in work.  I am not prepared to waste a whole day waiting only for no one to turn up.

1.  Can I return them by post free of charge?

2. Can I leave them in a safe place?

Many thanks for any advice, I have heard similar stories where they fail to collect as agreed.

Sorry to hear of the problems returning your equipment and the inconvenience caused. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

You can request free post returns packaging here although once received and packaged up it would need taking to the nearest post office.

 You can parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store.
