I cancelled my virgin media account and returned the hub at the end of January.
I have continued to get texts , e mails and how letters saying I owe £65 for not returning the hub .
I spoke to customer services and gave them the tracking number which said that the hub was delivered back to virgin media in January.
On the 23rd of march I received an e.mail to say the hub had been returned and I would receive a refund as I had overpaid for the month of January.
on the 27th of march I received the refund .
unfortunately today I have received a bill for £65 stating I never returned the equipment.
I have heard Virgin media hand these accounts over to collection agents which really worries me as I have sent the equipment back to which they have confirmed and issue my refund .

The forum team maybe able to help and the issue has been flagged to them; be aware it can take them a few hours / days to respond. Should the issue remain unresolved then consider emailing Virgin Media's Data Protection Officer (dpo@virginmedia.co.uk) to request they correct the data wrongly indicating equipment has not been returned.
