New customer - have not received contract email

I bought a broadband package today, due to be installed this weekend.

I have not received any official contract via email, and need this to see my customer number so I can manage the delivery of equipment. 

Please can someone help send my contract through? I have been emailed my order reference if this helps.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community Forums. Apologies you are having issues in obtaining your delivery details, these should of been sent to you via an email or text message to advise of date and 4 hour delivery window.
