Clarification please
To switch to broadband only service when out of contact with a full package. Is 30 days notice required before you can be switched. If this is the case you cannot have pods inclusive or charged for until the new contract comes into operation. As it will cause billing issues?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.
Just to clarify on this as it will be a package change it will be require a 30 day notice period.
Do you currently have Pods on the account?
