Hi 

I finally got the contract renewal service to work through the website which has generated an order number. However I've had no confirmation of this nor am I able to get through to anyone on the phone or through webchat. 

The website is still offering to renew my contract. How can I check if this has actually gone through?

Sorry to hear this has been happening, with a new contract that will have been given, you are able to check for any open orders on your account via our website here.
