I’m finding it impossible to get through to talk about cancelling my contract. No live chat, cut off on the phone what can I do?

You can let Ofcom know all about your cancellation experience with VM https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Community-Natter/Breaking-OFCOM-investigating-VM-over-difficult...
I understand that VM now also processes cancellations via direct message on X, Facebook , and Instagram.
