Wifi keeps dropping

Over the last week my Wifi has begun continually disconnecting for a minute or so at a time.
Wired connections are fine. This means watching TV has become a bit painful, Disney+ is the worst affected. The TV is right next to the router, & I've already followed all the advice given here. It's also affecting my work since my work laptop also connects via Wifi. 
Looking at the other chats I believe I need a new Hub since I'm on an older version. How do I go about getting a Hub 4?
